At Riffle Advisory, we are growing.
As our work with healthcare clients continues to expand, we are seeking talented contractors who want to help organizations strengthen resilience, continuity, and operational preparedness in environments where the stakes are high and the work matters.
Our projects support healthcare organizations as they prepare for disruption, improve operational readiness, and build practical programs that can stand up under real-world pressure. That means our work is fast-moving, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients solve meaningful problems.
We are looking for contractors who can bring strong judgment, professionalism, and execution to client-facing work. Depending on the role and project, that may include supporting assessments, developing deliverables, facilitating working sessions, contributing to continuity and resilience planning, and helping move important client work forward with clarity and precision.
This is a strong fit for professionals who enjoy consulting-style work, can operate independently, and are excited to contribute to projects that make a real difference for healthcare organizations.
What We’re Looking For
We are especially interested in contractors with experience in areas such as:
Healthcare operations
Business continuity
Emergency management
Disaster recovery
Healthcare resilience
Client delivery and consulting support
Writing, analysis, and structured problem-solving
Ideal candidates are comfortable working remotely, managing deadlines, communicating clearly, and producing high-quality work in a professional services environment.
